Staff can be very quick to become an unkind business person. Staff waxing while a good shape has taken skin off me and bled when wax not hot enough. My advice don't go for first appt of the day. If staff is running late, then the wax hasn't had time to melt, is then sticky. Staff is nasty if you won't wait for it to heat and melt.
Was happy but incidents like this resulted in a series of nasty text messages from staff.
