Catherine the owner is always in and out of hospital because of drug induced psychosis the girls here are nice but the owner is really rude

One star if I could, extremely poor customer service. Wouldn’t hurt to train your staff to be friendly.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went there to get a facial. Having had very little experience with beauty salons (other than Endota, who never disappoint), I asked the beautician to recommend a facial and products for sensitive skin. At one point, one of the products she put on my face did burn my skin. When I told her that my face was burning, she dismissed me and replied "Oh, it shouldn't" and just continued with her routine. I will never forget that experience and I will never go back there again.

I was quite surprised to read such reviews. I've been going to beauty on Rose for over a year now and I love it! I always ask for Fiona, she's professional, quick (at waxing), always engaged in conversation and a very nice person overall. I personally didn't get any smell of smoke off her at all. She makes me feel extremely comfortable when I walk in and greets me with a beautiful smile upon arrival! Keep it up Fiona your doing great an asset to the beauty on Rose team!

I have patronised Beauty on Rose for a few years now and have always been relatively satisfied with treatments. Seems likes they go through quite a few therapists but they've always been well skilled. I had Fiona recently and whilst she does have good skills, I was put off by the strong (stale) cigarette smell in her clothes and hair. I felt like I was in a smokey pub/club in the 1990s not forking out good $$ for a beauty treatment. Whilst I will still go to Beauty on Rose (it's local and convenient) I will make sure i reqest a different therapist.
