Beauty Salon Brisbane

I went to Westfield Carindale to use my Skin Innovations gift voucher I received for Christmas. I was shocked to find the salon no longer trading. Ella Bache have taken over the shop and they said although they have no links to Skin Innovation, they will honour 50% of the voucher, which is very kind of them. Apparently Skin Innovations closed on 24 December, my voucher was purchased on 23 December!



I'm sure I will not be the only only left in this situation and I'm looking to take this matter further.

I have been coming to Skin Innovations for more than 2 years and I have always found my experience to be a pleasant, my therapist is on time and always happy with whatever treatment i'm having that day. I have seen a couple of different therapists and they all seem to be experienced and friendly.

I booked a spray tan. I chose to wear the disponsable gstring for modesty. Half way through the spray tan the girl told me I was turning dark green! The girl thought maybe my moisteriser was reacting with it and rushed me to a shower to wash it off. Modesty split when I was forced to be nude whilst she passed me soap. After I was clean she asked me to come back to try a spray tan again. I watched as I turned dark green again and said stop. She got another lady to look at my nude body and once again I had to get back into the shower. When I came back to the spray tan room she poured some of the product out and the product itself was putrid dark green! She suggested we try a 3rd with another product. This time the tanning machine kept malfunctioning and the lady forgot which parts of my body had been done and what had not been done. Urgh.. I went there for eyebrow wax. I am new in QLD so I gave it a go. The salon was clean and beautiful! I thought the salon I used to go in Sydney had a high standard but this salon was really nice.
