Yes totally agree with others is a waste of time. The owner turn up late every single time but lie that she is already there. On top of that, she even message to scold me for having bad attitute because I left since she not turning up on time.

What a WASTE of my time & money. I bought a voucher on line from Offer & I certainly DIDNT get what I was promised

I bought a Cudo voucher and got poor terrible treatment. The salon was tired and run down, the towels shabby and the lady, Anna, just not professional despite be being the only client in the salon. She did the bare minimum for both the back massage and facial. The only good thing was the way she looked and clothed in a tight white blouse, little wonder she could barely do the job. Would never go back again even if it was free. Would rate 0/5.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a 3 hour pamper package and I can tell you it was so far from being pampered!
To start with the salon needs an up date, it's tired and dirty looking. The towels are old and grubby looking and the rooms are separated with curtains so it's noisy and not at all private.
The massage was just ok, I've had far better.
Now we come to the facial ..... if you could call it that. They put an exfoliating cream on my face and then put the steamer on it and left me there for 20 or more while they attended to someone else so all the product was running in to my eyes. I am upset with the lady. I got the voucher from groupon. My voucher is invalid if you need to change the time of your appointment. The lady has a poor customer service.
