Teaching staff are great. reception are not helpful. my son had to have an ear operation and couldn't swim for a few months. the reception staff said that if he pulled out of the term he would forfeit his spot and would go to the bottom of the wait list and would offer no refund. As it was a medical condition stopping my son I would have thought there would have been SOME compassion. However i was wrong.
My son has been going here for years. The centre is small but I like that about it. He has progressed well but is not a natural swimmer. The teaching staff in his 'preschool' years were especially good. Reception staff are always friendly and pricing is reasonable. I also like the safety focus of the classes.
poor change room facilites and a cold environment. The temperature in the pool is cold and when I complaint I was rudely told it was fine even though I could feel COLD water being pumped into the pool right where I was standing. Teaching staff nice but rude reception.
