First time used this service was ok. Second time was abysmal. Didn’t do the right thing or follow proper process, nor keep me updated, then kept blaming the buyers side for her own incompetence. I paid full invoice above market pricing (would not discount, nor be competitive in pricing) and I did half the work- getting final accounts from utilities myself and paying them myself. Julie (owner) didn't respond, had to follow up a lot and totally unprofessional. Will never use this one man band ‘business’ again.
