I was very disappointed today with the service given today. Seeing a quilt cover in the 20 -40% off table I asked the staff in store what the discounted price was only to have staff come back to me saying it is still full price very rudely, no other option. Why was on the table in the first place. not going back any time soon
Absolutely sensational service by both Ladies in store today. I visited the innaloo store with bub in toe to exchange an item previously purchased in Karrinyup (change of mind) and was initially served by a young girl who promptly helped me find a "bird" throw rug that I had seen online. I then asked her about Quilt Covers / sheet set for little girls and she happily went through all items of stock as I had bub to contend with. unfortunately they did not have the Quilt covers in a single size and she then recommended that I also look online. (She did have some Georgous sheet sets however these were also inappropriate) I then spent some time looking through the store and when I ended up at the counter to pay was greeted by yet another lovely salesperson (debra Ann, according to reciept) who happily put up with me umming and ahhing about the throw.
