Great, simple service - they even contacted me to arrange an earlier pick up, as the automated website booking meant I was going to have to wait a week. I got a text the next day (on Sunday) saying they could pick up Monday if that worked better for me. Would definitely use Bed Collect again, and gladly reccomend to mates.
It's such a shame that this place has no review. Had I known how they are, I would not buy their service. If you need to dispose of your mattress, contact your local council because they offer 1 free pick up per year for each household.
This place has really bad communication skills. They are fine with taking your money but when it comes to refund they will ignore you. They said they processed the refund through paypal but doesn't have a record of it. This is terrible because everything on paypal is electronically recorded. The customer service is terrible, they told me "it's not bed collect's fault anymore, go follow up with paypal".
