OMG!!! I only just read the 2 reviews that are on this website and they have all had horrible experiences!!!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DODGEY WEBSITE!!!!!!
This company is so dodgey. I am having a horrible time trying to get a refund on this item I paid for as they are not sending me my goods. After a week of waiting for my parcel, I emailed the supplier complaining that I had not received my product. They advised they would get straight back to me. It took 2 weeks for them to get back to me!!! And the supplier is so dodgey, they won't tell you straight out they have no stock. They just say, the goods have arrived in the warehouse and will leave today. Well that was a week ago!!
I am now having to go through the long process of complaining to Paypal & also complaining to the Australian Consumer Protection Agency. I only wish I had read these reviews before I bought from here.

I made a purchase online. Bedding Square took over 3 weeks to dispatch, refusing to provide a shipping number or contact details - and it took over a month to receive items, and even then Bedding Square did not send all items from my order. There was no explanation for the missing items, other than to say that I would be refunded for those items. It took over 2 months and a claim via Paypal to receive the refund for the unshipped items. Bedding Sqaure repeatedly promised to send the refund within time periods, and failed to keep that promise each and every time. Thank goodness I had paid with Paypal, as I don't know how I would have recovered the refund otherwise. Horrendous customer service. Buyer beware, DO NOT shop from this online store!

This company is atrocious. They will take your payment, send a confirmation email and then never send the products ordered. When you send an email seeking the products or a refund they will send you back emails promising either to deliver the products or provide a refund but they never do. After 7 weeks of waiting I have received neither. I have now lodged a claim with PayPal and in response the company has told lies to PayPal. I have never before encountered an online seller as bad as this one. BE WARNED!!!
