Very good communication by the vet and professional reception staff. My Rottweiler has a complex medical history and Dr Louise Beveridge explained his diagnosis, prognosis and management very efficiently. Her communication was excellent, assessment of Xray's and previous history was very thorough. Will definitely be coming back for management and follow up appointments. Also, price is very reasonable.
We have been taking our two pups to the Bedford-dianella clinic pretty much since we got them. Being first time pet owners, we have had our share of worrisome moments not knowing if we were doing the right thing, or if our pups were ok when they got into something they shouldn't have. I can't say enough about our vet, and the staff here. They have taken the time to answer all our questions, provide really good advice on how to best take care of our little ones and kept them in excellent health going over and above the call of duty to ensure we felt comfortable with the treatment we received. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has pets as the piece of mind they have provided has been a life saver. I only wish I received the same treatment from my medical practitioner :)
Our 11 year old dog had lymphoma- results which were promised to us the next day were not available and no one from the clinic attempted to communicate with us at all. We had to chase them up all day. Spoke to one of the vets who laughed when talking to us about our dog and when questioned about it the vet then said they were "making light" of the situation. Sadly, our dog passed away a little more than a week ago- they sent us 2 condolence cards and today I open my mail to receive a reminder letter than my deceased dogs injections were overdue. Check your automated letters before you post them to a grieving family! Completely unprofessional.
In response to the above posting, we sympathise and understand your grief from losing your pet and how difficult a time it can be. We listen to and value all the feedback we receive from our customers, personally and online. However, in this instance we wish to comment on your feedback as we feel your account of our treatment was inaccurate. We pride ourselves on providing the best care for your pet and keeping our clients informed every step of the way. We would really like the opportunity to discuss this with you further if you wish to contact the clinic directly.
How about taking the criticism on board and apologising. I find that extremely disappointing.
Update your system.
I will never go back to your clinic again and will let all my family and colleagues know to do the same.
We have been taking our pets to the Bedford-Dianella Vet Centre now for the past 30 years and why would we ever change. They have looked after five dogs and one catfor us over that period and we have never had cause for complaint. Our current pets are toy poodles and the Vet staff have treated them successfully for ruptured ligaments and intestinal blockages and of course the normal supplies we all need for the safe worming and general health of the dogs. Maybe the present pair of poodles will be our last pets but when they do pass away we know who we shall turn to for the best funeral service available. It is not cheap of course and therefore the Vets do offer an insurance cover and how we wish we had taken it out twelve years ago.
