Beds Online Melbourne - Beds, Mattresses & Bedroom Furniture

Ordered a product through these guys mid-December. Was promised a delivery in first week of January.
Called them up on the first week - apparently the mattress was just sitting in the warehouse and had not even been processed for shipment. Called again end of first week - rude and unsympathetic person on the phone just said it was coming soon with no explanation. Called second week of January - another rude person on the phone who refused to give me a proper ETA.
This company made me sleep on the floor for two weeks. Would not recommend - better to pay a bit more at a department store for better service. With department store sales, the price is pretty much the same.

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time. I ordered a queen mattress online from them. Said next business day delivery. When it didn't arrive I called them and they said their website states it's out of stock and won't be available until 12th Dec. I told her that was the double that was out of stock and queen came in from 21St (according to their website). She checked, confirmed the error but didn't even apologise. I was so furious at her lack of concern, I demanded a full refund. Then, she had the audacity to tell me my refund would take 5-10 working days. Not only that,she insisted I provide bank details for the deposit even though it was paid off a credit card. I've emailed them twice since and no one gives toot. Still no money back and no bed!

great service, competitive prices. I spoke with the sales consultant, who spoke frankly about what to consider and what to avoid in choosing a mattress. overall v.pleased.

I have serious concerns with bedsonline.com.au. Is it a legitimate business or a scam? I don't understand how bedsonline.com.au can be a Google Trusted Store.

I placed an order for 4 throw rugs and 8 cushions totalling over $900 on Sunday 25 June 2016. I had not heard from the bedsonline.com and phoned them directly on Saturday 9 July (14 days after I placed the order) to follow up.

Appalling aggressive woman on the phone today at the Noble Park store slagging off her staff members loudly whilst we were looking at beds and she never acknowledged us. How do these people get jobs?
