The mattress was that hot thru summer it put me in hospital twice with dehydration! Doctors and GP didn’t know what was happening but the only thing the hospital could find when taken there by the ambulance with symptoms of fatigue and fainting was terrible dehydration. After being put on a drip for hours I came good. Months of tests found nothing and after telling them I have a new mattress that’s very hot and I wake up in a lather of sweat every morning they told me because of sweating all night my body got drained of fluids. Summer nearly cost me my life and after being out of pocket for the mattress, tests and hydration supplies all summer my repeated calls to the company never got anywhere. Last time I called the store manager called back and told me she would ring back after talking to the store owner. Warning: Do not use this business!

After ordering my bed 4 months ago it has finally arrived. I paid for it upfront which was a big mistake.

Beware when buying from these guys : nice, friendly up until the point you hand over the cold, hard cash and then they turn into banshee's if there is a problem. Check, then turn it over and check again twice, any product you buy from them.

Very disapointing, and they win the buck passing award of the year for avoiding basic responiblities. Long, very long, sigh.........

The store is pretty good but the service is a bit compromising. Was planning to get a couple of items that were on clearance sale. When I asked for a further discount, staff offered us only cash as payment option when we wanted to pay by EFTPOS.

Very easy to find with the massive signage. Heaps of parking available and very easy access.
Staff are lovely. So helpful. We were very educated by the tine we left. There is a range of soft furnishings as well.
