Bedshed Hoppers Crossing

Horrible service, I am very unhappy with having to deal with this company. I have been trying for months and months to get an issue resolved with a product bought from them. I have waited for a numerous calls from manufactures to be rudley told by sales staff that I am in the wrong and have indeed received those calls but told them I didn't have the time to talk! This is not the case and I am beyond fed up with this. I am now out of pocket 5 thousand dollars for a faulty item and no one seems able to uphold the warranty it has on it!
