Welcome to Beecroft Family Counselling!
Raynor Lander of Beectoft Family Counselling is highly experienced in Relationship & Couple Counselling, as well as counselling for adolescents & and their families.

We specialise in treating depression, anxiety such as panic attacks and social anxiety. As well as these disorders we also treat trauma, grief, anger and relationship conflict & communication problems.

Raynor is an accredited EMDR practitioner. EMDR is a neural based therapy, well researched & extremely effective in desensitising & resolving the effects of adverse events.

Clinical hypnotherapy is also utilised to assist in dealing with a range of problems and giving clients skills which can be used in their lives. Mindfulness is taught so that we can live in the moment rather than the past or the future .

Of course CBT & Psychotherapy are integral to all therapy.

Couple counselling enhances every area of our life. A good relationship is part of the foundations for a happy & productive life. In a good relationship children prosper and become resilient happy adults .

Furthermore a good parent child relationship builds a fantastic foundation for the future. However dealing with young people can be challenging and again good counselling is a means of achieving this.
