Beecroft Licensed Post Office

I agree with the other reviewer's comments about her ridiculous rudeness, however she does not seem to limit her absurdity to customers of any particular race. When presenting a parcel card from my PO box to her and seeing that the parcel was a little too big to carry about while shopping for an hour or so and politely asking her to hold it until I returned, she exclaimed "I am not a storage facility", threatened to sabotage future Australia Post services with "I will refuse all your future parcels from the delivery driver" and "you are very selfish". I reported this to Australia Post today. Completely unacceptable nonsense from this very aggressive person.

I would give one star if I could, the woman who is always at the counter is ridiculously rude. I have seen her be extremely nice (usually to caucasian customers) and then have a complete change in attitude when serving any Asian customer.

Being Asian myself, everytime I have been there, her customer service is so rude. She doesn't even make eye contact or smile and seems like she hates her job. When speaking with family members and friends who are Asian, they mention a very similar experience. She clearly only provides a positive customer experience to select people and it is extremely rude.

Beecroft post office is independantly owned and run as a family business. They are very helpful and professional and provide all of your posting needs. I often use beecroft post office as they are very convenient and a great business to deal with.
