Unlike other fitness professionals I have not always been into sports and being active, I have been over weight and unhealthy when at the age of 40 I decided to make a change. I achieved my goals a few years later, with my new found fitness and the love of being active I decided that I wanted to help others. So I spent 10 months studying on my weekends and any other opportunity I could to complete my cert 3 and cert 4 in fitness.
