I had some light bars and some additional wiring I wanted done on my Isuzu light truck. Due to recessed dash switches being hard to get or ridiculously expensive from Isuzu, I sourced switches online which I was happy with.

I was recommended Beenleigh Batteries by a good friend. When I went there, the young bloke barely listened to me when I explained what I wanted done. He said the positioning of some of my off road lights were just silly and argued about the wiring of my redarc charger when I was requesting it be done according to the manufacturers recommendations. I sent my car here 3 times with an electrical problem and all three times my car broke down again with in 2 days of having it back. I spent over $1000 in repairs that this place told me was the problem and there seemed to be something to replace every time I went there. Took my car to a mechanic 4 weeks ago and he spotted the ELECTRICAL problem within 20 minutes and my car has been perfect since and the repair cost me $100 ..... This business deffinately took advantage of my lack of knowledge and my age being a 19 year old girl with no clue and robbed me of quite a lot of money that wasn't nessasary and did not need to be replaced. An employee here even told me the problem was obvious and now i would like to see him swallow those words after 3 trips to his business with not one person picking the issue up that was directly In front of them.

I don't know who you are? Have you got the right business, we have no information on an Emily spending $1000 with us on electrical problems. Could you please contact us in regards to this post . We take pride in our work and service and make sure our customers leave happy.

Who are you? Are you sure you have the right business? We have no records of an Emily having continuing problems spending over $1000 on an electrical faults. Could you please ring us and rectify this comment. We would never take advantage of a young woman with vehicle problems. Our workmanship and customer service is important to us.

Definitely the right business. You'll find the repairs add up too the $1000 mark over the course of visits not just one transaction and the booking could be under my parents name and the transaction ect...

We have had no issues with a car returning to us for an ongoing electrical problems, we have no idea what this car is?? can you contact us with this matter as defamation is a serious act, I need you to verify who you are as I will be contacting a lawyer if this information is not what it says it is. We would never take advantage of a young girl and charge her inappropriately. We will be waiting to hear from you asap.

I have been getting my boat & trailer wiring done here for the last 20 years (I have had quite a number of boats!) and the guys are great, honest and efficient. I wouldn't go to any one else.

I have been having my auto electrical work done by this workshop for a very long time. Customer service is also prompt and efficient and if they can save you some money they certainly will advise.

Called in this morning to have a brake light changed and was told by the person there that they were too busy with a trailer to to my 5 minute job. This was the second time I have been there for a brake light change with the same result. I was told that the 5 minute jobs don't pay my bills. Where do you think I will go when I have more than a 5 minute job or need a battery ??? not to you any more. Its these 5 minute jobs that keep people loyal to you and away from the big chain stores, I am no ones mug and today you lost me as a customer and maybe the other 2 jobs you turned away as well.

Being a very small business, we put our booked in customers first, sometimes it is very hard to fit in every 5 minute job while they wait, we try our hardest to please everybody, sorry this didn't work out for you on the day.
