Very unhappy with the Beenleigh Road Medical Centre, Sunnybank Hills.
Apparently we cannot book an appt unless register your ccard over the hotdoc.. Was refused by the manager to book an appt because I cannot pay over the phone or in person if I have a tele health consultation. Medical Centre isnt a family Centre but a MONEY MAKING place. Very disappointed that I need to find a human doctor to see now.
Dr Brett Fordyce who works at this centre is the best family doctor I have been torecently. I have been going to the centre for 17 years, He is caring and takes the time to find out what is wrong with you. He deals with the whole person and each member of the family. He also tells you if he thinks there is something else wrong with you...real diagnostic medicine.
