Prices are reasonable, just dont get caught up in their disorganised mess behind the scenes. I booked 2 weeks in advance and was told to wait for a call when they were passing through my area, when the time passed I rang to follow up on what was happening with my booking, I told them it would need to be done within the next few days now as I will be out of town, suddenly they can turn up but fail to tell me over the phone that there is an extra call out fee. They said that I was told over the phone. No I was not told, I had arranged for a pass through so I didnt have to incur the extra fee. Poor customer service and very disappointed that this was not communicated. I would not recommend this local business due to their lack of customer service and inability to make an appropriate booking.
