Belco Custom Trailers

I've been using a mates Belco trailer that he bought 10 years ago. He keeps it outside and it is still going strong. He has never had an issue and nor have I. Thought it was time I bought my own and after researching all the other makes did not hesitate to pay the extra and go with Belco. Helpful sales staff. I visited factory and got a tour and was shown how they built their trailers. Excellent product and good people to deal with.

i am a Uni student and i walk in to belco trailers with an idea of building a tiny house. with a few sketches and a budget, i walk out 1 week later with a trailer that matched my pictures and was cheaper then any other quote by $2500.

even when i had a query about something it was fixed that day.

they provided great service and after service. even after i returned 3 times in one day to seek answers to question they had answer many time before.

Do not deal with them. I asked if a quote could be done to repair brakes on my boat trailer and they stated I would need to bring it in, so I did. They quoted $980 for the job, when I obviously did not go ahead with it they tried to charge me $100 for the quote. At no stage did I sign anything or was told the quote would cost money and they said quotes always cost money, which we all know is untrue. They refused to give me my boat trailer (with $20k boat on it) back unless I paid $50 and were quite aggressive. I have reported them to Fair Trading. Oh and by the way got another "free quote" from someone else and the job only cost me $300!
