They will take your money, and then add on 37% increases all whilst explaining to you that they need to make a profit. This is before a brick has been laid. A 10% increase you can justify... not a 37% increase. Greedy organisation. Buyer beware. Do not invest your hard earned money with this builder.

very poor customer service, lack of transparency and no trust build up. Once you give initial deposit they won't even bother to answer your queries and will take for granted. I came out of the building contract from them.
Their sales consultant is very annoying. Never admit mistakes!!

Just don't expect too much on them. Never admit mistakes, cheap material used. Very little communication through out the building process. Very quick to ask for payment but slow in responding to inquiries. Lower Home and Land prices compare to other builder but Pricey upgrade.
