Worst service ever! Had a keratin treatment that did not work and when I messaged to tell them I was happy I got a very rude response saying I was not getting my money back(I had not asked for my money back) and no offer to fix my hair.

Regarding this review I remember when this client came over she had a good amount of frizz and a bit of curl in her hair and I did tell her it wouldn't go dead straight because keratin only coats the hair
When she left my home her hair was 3 times straighter than it was when she walked in and it looked great. I remember all this client could focus on was the little bit of hair at the front that didnt look completely straight yet there was a massive difference to before and after
And as I have had these treatments before and have never left the salon with frizz or had to talk to the hairdresser about the quality of the service. And the attitude I received when I did complain was unacceptable. So unprofessional and just plain rude.
