i had the same problem as the above person, i tried EVERYTHING to contact these people, i called and messaged 2 different mobile number, left messages on the landline number, emailed twice... nothing!!!! i cannot believe the shocking level of customer service, i thought at one stage the business must have gone bust cos there was literally no response from any contact avenue, but i know they are still running (somehow?!). quite frustrated with poor communication.
Somebody finally contacted me back... however by then i had missed the class i wanted to attend. So i guess they do eventually contact you back but you have to be persistant....
Since starting classes at Bella, i have achieved so much, i am able to do things i never thought possible. I have become so strong and i absolutely love the classes. I can't do without my pole class now! It's so much fun & all the girls love it! Thanks for helping me change my life and introducing me to pole! I will never be the same!
It's a real shame when you try and contact a business and they do not contact you back.I left numerous messages trying to book in to a dance class and received no reply. 4 messages later and I gave up. You have to wonder how they treat their customers if you were actually able to book a lesson!
