Every time we come to Byron, we stop at Bella rosa, every night for our entire stay. I don't recall a time we have missed a night, even when staying for weeks at a time. Best gelato and ice cream we have had and certainly the best in Byron. The gelato never disappoints, amazing flavours which never get old, and we love that there is a new flavour each time, but the good classic and then best flavours always stay. Very generous servings and great value for money. Coffee, teas and hot chocolates are beautiful also.
