Bella Skin Health Clinic

I have been a client of bella for so long now, maybe four years and it has gone down hill in the past year. I keep getting a different therapist everytime and they seem to be imcompetant. I have been pushed into buying alot of skincare that i dont even need and its makes my skin react, my skin is now ruined! When i confront the clinic they advised me to use less and i will have perfect skin!!! What kind of explanation is this??? I will no longer be attending this clinic because there are others out there that are charging the same price for a five star quality treatment and are honest and genuinely care about my skin and not the figures $$$$$$ .

I am very disappointed in the customer service coming from this clinic which is supposedly meant to be professional and pleasant. I have been coming to this business since three years ago, and the quality of the customer service has dropped especially over the phone. I am hoping that it is just a particular staff member and would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they could be extremely busy at the counter at the same time. However, their rudeness, pushiness and exasperation over the phone while I couldn't find a time that would fit their schedule, was very upsetting. And on top of that, I was trying to make an appointment due to some treatment results that I wasn't happy with already. I hope this review will remind them to bring back that friendly customer service they used to have.

i have been to bella skin health clinic , for many years now .i was hesitant to go but my skin has never looked better, lee and her staff are all friendly and i feel comfortable walking in there.they are like family.i would reccomend there experte,and proffesional,service you wont regret it trust me.

Bella team have done an exceptional job on my skin health. Having had problematic skin, I've had a series of peels to improve the scarring. I now have regular microdermabrasion which not only improves and maintain my skin health but also controls further breakouts. I have been a loyal client for many years receiving professional service every time. The results are so good that I would leave the house without any makeup. The consultants provide personalised advice and guidance on treatment and products. Bella provides many services. I've had laser hair removal. Results have been great. I no longer have to worry about underarm hair! Massages and mud wraps have been a treat.
