The management is unapproachable and unfriendly, never feels comfortable to be with in the centre. The centre never has any new toys out for the children. The staffs on the floor are lovely and do their best with the resources they have, but there is only so much you can do with the same toys every week. Where is the money from fees going? Clearly not on new resources or appropriate numbers of staff. Perhaps new management is in order to turn this centre around?
my daughter started at the centre 4 years ago and my son just started 2 months ago..
cant thank this centre highly enough for what they do and teach the children, 80% of children come out laughing and smiling and talking about the new friehnds they make - the others that are crying just missed their guardians.
I cleaned out my house a month ago and gave two big storage boxes full of toys to the centre. They loved them. I also just last week cleared out a box full of books to give. They rely on support from the parents though they do alos buy new toys every now and then. obviously toys cost when they buy good wooden ones. the fees go to employing staff with the ratios, food for the chidren, nappies, the list goes on. maybe if you are not happy ask them to itemise what they pay so you can see.
