I visited this salon during a visit to Sydney for a bikini wax. The treatment room bed was not covered with a towel or paper sheeting which was very uncomfortable. The treatment was so painful and I had to ask the technician to stop before the wax was complete. She didn't seem to care at all. I was very disappointed with the service.
Not sure where to start. A year ago this salon was a place to go for a descent facial, waxing ,manicure treatment worth every dollar! Few weeks ago I got disappointed with their facial treatment and after today's manicure service, I am not coming back. The nail vanish is already coming off, is guie, hand massage doesn't exist & staff's just so into your face! The nail place just around the corner from Belle does much better job & you save yourself $15!
Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Went in for a rapid tan (2hour leave on). Informed the staff what I wanted and that I had an interview at 2pm so I could only leave it on for 2 hours. Staff sprayed me and then informed me that I would need to leave this tan on for 6hours. When I told them that I couldn't and that I had explained that too them. They simply said that its never a 2 hour tan, despite the fact that they advertise it as one as they mix the 2 hour tan with and 8hour tan. I told them i would not have gotten it if i had of been told this at the beginning, I found the whole experience frustrating. The management should pay for staff that know what they're doing!!!!!
