Alison has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years as well as being registered with Fitness Australia as a Level 3 AusREP ( Australian Registered Exercise Professional), holding a Diploma of Fitness and being a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Having completed her Studio Pilates training with Polestar, Alison also holds a Diploma of Pilates.
