cycle air con, ceiling fans, two new sofas, with foot
rests.

bench top, vanity, toilet, hair dryer dryer.
* Laundry, front load washer and extra toilet for your
convenience. Outdoor access to clothes line, clothes
airers provided.
* Warm outdoor shower for pets and kids.
* Large barbecue, timber outdoor setting, BBQ equipment,
picnic tub with plates and bowls and utensils.
* Refreshments on arrival for everyone, kids and pets.

* Single lock up garage with internal access. Extra parking
available in the driveway.

books, games and DVDs for all ages.
* NO SMOKING policy indoors, but outdoors is OK.
