Bellucci was recommended by a couple of friends-so I tried them out. Alison was my stylist. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made some valuable suggestions.The colour and cut were impeccable. I was delighted and left looking 10 years younger. I was also impressed with the respect and courtesy shown to clients by the other staff members at Bellucci. The price was spot on as well. Definitely a 5 star rating.
Recently I had my hair completely restyled. Alison did a fantastic job, with the haircut and restyle, I absolutely love this new hair cut, and will be going back there very soon! I had given her a snapshot of how I wanted my hair to look like, she made some wise suggestions and carried through a perfectionist's job! I would highly recommend Alison from Bellucci, if you are looking for a new fresh look!
I've been coming to Bellucci's for over a year now. Stewart and Alison are excellent hair cutters. I always feel amazing after they cut my hair. Alison is responsible for dying my hair and always does a fantastic job. She knows exactly how to get the colour I ask for and does a great job each time! I have long hair and the price is very reasonable for the time I am there, attention I get, dye used and toner put through. I always feel welcome, listened to, informed and comfortable as a customer too. There's nothing negative that I have to say about them and would recommend Alison and Stewart to anyone.
Recommended by a friend, quoted 3 different prices whilst in the store, last price while doing my hair, got to the counter and had to pay twice as much. Very inconsistent and had water in my ears several times plus my scalp scratched raw! Not used to paying top price for apprentices to practice on me. Whilst there hairdresser admitted she had no idea what my hair was going to look like although I was goin from brown to brown and I had told her the exact mix my regular hairdresser uses to ensure no copper tones.. Going back to complain about being quoted $125 or under and paying $185! Why bother even asking for a quote! I pay less in Subiaco for better service.
Very sad to see someone bad mouth a salon so publicly,,, without actually going to the salon and voicing you concern with them. Keep in mind this a public site that this so called apprentice may see and you have destroyed her confidence... Also upper class suburbs doesnt necessarily mean u will always get top hairdresser... They are found everywhere, and often found in smaller businesses where u can have just as good if not better service....so sick of negative people who a probably still going to the salon and just like to whinge.. Or say nasty things because they actually don't have the decency to let the salon know...ps water in the ears, they do make ear plugs.
If you had thought to open your mouth while you were there instead of on here I am sure they would have fixed anything, it is quite normal to ask for more gentle pressure when washing if you prefer it, if you ask for extra services while you are in the chair of course the price is going to differ. Go back to Subiaco love, I wouldn't wish to hear your complaining while relaxing and having my hair done (perfectly I might add and for over 6 years).
