One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! Ordered online and they delayed delivery for weeks - no explanation and when I asked their online chat service why all they would say was "I will cancel the order". AVOID AT COSTS

Lovely workers in store, care for all customers no matter what you're after, although they have big price tags they are all quality items and when it comes to your child quality is best. They also delivery interstate with free shipping with orders over $500.

I ordered a bassinet kit on October 17. I emailed Belly2Baby to ask where my order was at and was told to read the terms and conditions online which states 'up to 4 weeks'. That's fine but it would've been nice to get good customer service and not be fobbed off. When I asked if my order had been dispatched I received another blunt email telling me it had not but i'd be advised when it was- I ORDERED IT 3.5 WEEKS AGO! I was not impressed with the time frame, but I was less impressed with the rude emails I received when all I wanted is to find out where my order was? I stated how unhappy I was with having to wait over 3.5 weeks for my kit to be sent despite it being advertised as 'In stock' when I purchased it and also complained about the poor customer service only to receive a reply telling me my order had been cancelled! Buyer beware, Belly 2 Baby doesn't care about its customers.This company has never heard of customer service! Just received a product bought online and it was sent in a white plastic bag.. you could see through the bag and of course the box was totally wrecked. This was a gift to be presented at a baby shower and the product itself was excellent with great reviews. I wrote to B2B and their comments... "The packaging is there to protect the product, if the product is fine then packaging did its job."

Reading some of the other reviews here was interesting, I wish I had taken a look first.

10 stars for Belly 2 Baby! I have bought everything for my grandchildren at both their stores and have always had excellent service and advise. I purchased an agile stroller from them and we did have bit of trouble with it ( broken clip ) and they did their very best for us with the warranty. The pram went back to repairs and was back for us in 5 days. This is quicker that when my TV broke and it took 6 weeks. I will shop there for all my kids because I know they will look after me. Great prices,friendly staff, and best service possible.
