Belmont Bulkbilling Clinic

Didn't even enter the building before knowing I won't be going in there, rang the clinic just to ask how long the walk in wait was , the reception staff didn't listen to what I said and stated oh we don't accept appts just walk ins only , I said well that's what I asked , staff then said they don't know how long the wait is and then hung up on me !!!! Not impressed , bad service!!!

I do not recommend them too anyone if you are in a hurray to see someone don't go there the service is and hour and a half wait the service. They are still very slow and not very helpful at all.

I went to see a doctor yesterday I stood there for 5mins while the staff behind the desk was tapping on the computer before they decided to help me the other one was on the phone the service there is shocking and needs to improve I sat there for over and hour with 2 small children and still was not seen so I left the only way one gets served quickly there is if one is grey and one has wrinkles and you are a over 60 pensioner otherwise one is not classed as anything we the public get put at the back of the line you have to be a senior there were plenty of doctors on duty but it was still taking for ever I find the receptionist to be very rude and inefficient they put someone else in before me this is not very professional as I was standing waiting for 10 mins while they were tapping on the computer not good enough they should have pressed save on the computer and then helped me.NOT GOOD ENOUGH NEEDS TO IMPROVE AND QUICKLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reception staff was rude no good morning or anything just takes card and says sit down how rude the waits are very long some day it can be up to and hour and a half this is not very good with so many doctors on duty and one should not have to wait for 1 hour this is wrong the reception staff need to take a crash course in manners or be retrained from scratch this is not good enough

Receptionist lovely!

Waited 45 minutes for an extremely rude doctor to barely even acknowledge my existence in the room. Extremely rude. Won't go back.
