New owners took over Belmont Hair and Beauty 2 months ago. Sam Bick the owner and manager is a fantastic hair dresser, stylist and has exceptional customer service skills. I'd recommend Sam and her team to anybody, she has been my hairdresser for 3 years.
If you visit this salon you'll find it's a very professional service with great attention paid to what you want!
New to the area I tried this salon. I have above shoulder length bob and wanted about an inch off. No shampoo, no water, sectioned the hair once. DONE within 4 mins. No blow dry, nothing. That will be $40 thanks. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
$40 is the normal price for a ladies hair cut in this area, with some salons charging $70+. The price includes a shampoo if you would like one, and your hair is cut to meet the specific requirements of the hairstyle and hair condition. You made specific requests to shape the front of the hair and to allow the hair to sit up at the crown rather than looking flat and uninteresting. At the time you were happy with your haircut. Unfortunately we can't charge the same price as a home hairdressing setup as we have overheads and wages to pay the same as other commercial salons.
