Belmont's Cafe

As every time I have been there the service has been fantastic and the produce just as good. I have visited this cafe regularly for the past 12 months due to work requirements. I regularly place large orders for coffees as well as lunch catering for meetings, etc. The people that work there are always friendly and yes, it can be quite busy around lunch time, but that just proves the value of service and food quality. It doesn't take long to be served in these times, and I'd rather wait a couple of minutes and get great tasting and fresh food than go to some of the other cafes around the area and end up throwing half of it in the bin. I went there recently for lunch and have to wait for nearly 8 minutes before someone actually came up and ask if I wanted to order! It wasn't that busy at the time, there were only 3 customers in the shop including myself, I can see 4 staff but it seems that only one is serving, one is looking at their mobile, staff looked up, saw me and choose to ignore as if I wasn't there, and the other 2 are busy talking to each other! Will never come back here again as are all of my friends.

I have to comment on the Customer Service of Belmont Cafe. I went for a team lunch at 1300 hrs on March 15, 2013. I wanted enquire for vegetarian options which was not listed on the Menu Board so that I could decide to queue up for ordering or to move to another cafe nearby. One of your staff instead of attending to my query rudely told me staff cannot serve me. In the first place, staff could have shown the patience and could have asked me politely to wait for a moment rather than roaring at me in front of all other customers - that staff cannot serve me.
