Worst customer experience I have ever had. They said on the phone the could check my pram tire for me as I was coming in to purchase an inner tube. It took them less than 2 mins and said I didn't need a new tire but charged me $10 for checking!!! I was never told of the charge prior and when I disputed was told 'nothing is free in this world' and when I mention customer service?? they said no no where anyone does anything for free!!!
When I explained that I was upset as I would have just got my husband to check it if I was told about the $10 charge that completely ignored the fact that I had even spoken.
I will never go back. Shops that do not believe in customer service should not be in business.
Best bike store in Sydney! I cant speak highly enough of Adrian. Great technical knowledge and customer service. I had spent over a year and a half visiting countless bike shops across Sydney looking for highly specked light kids mountain bikes, and every store I went into the sales staff would give me the brush off as soon as I explained what I was after. Basically, they would only sell me the standard stock bikes and lose interest when i wanted something different. When I met Adrian, he immediately offered a custom solution. Nothing was too much trouble. He sourced all of the parts and built 2 bikes in under 2 weeks, including hand built wheels and an air fork for a 24 inch bike, The quality of workmanship is first class. If you need anything out of the ordinary whether its a custom kids bike or adult bike, you should definitely speak to Adrian.
Bought a Townie for my wife. Great customer service. Bike weld snapped within a few days. Massive dramas with the manufacturer but shop staff, particularly Adrian, were great - and now, finally, the bike frame has been replaced. Will go there for any other bike products.
