On Monday 24th April 2023 afternoon I went into the Lilydale Branch and I asked Jennifer if I could open a Concession Account so she told me I could and that she would apply the fee waiver if I showed her my Pension Concession Card. I also asked her if I could open a Business Basic Account and a Business EasySaver Account so she filled in the applications for them. On Tuesday 9th May 2023 afternoon I went into there and I was told by her that they couldn't waive the fee unless my Pension goes in there so she lied to my face. She also told me that couldn't open the Business Accounts since it was declined so I would recommend taking your Business to ANZ since they obviously couldn't care less about their customers.
