Bendigo Bank - Belmont

Waited for over 45 minutes with 19 others in the line. The two cashiers on duty did a fantastic job serving each person showing impeccable service. However to know the manager was in his office whilst people were waiting in line and his staff under pressure was disappointing. Some management 101 needed.

I only use them once a month to deposit kinder fees, but I have always found it to be a pleasant experience. The are always ample tellers available and very limited waiting times. The staff are friendly and always happy to stamp my childrens hands or paper with cartoon characters making it a happy experience for the kids too. Parking is a little limited.
