I go into this bank on an almost-daily basis and find the service to be well below standard. The tellers are rude and unwilling/unable to answer questions; while management appears to be just as abrupt and abrasive, and far from eager to address the concerns and complaints of customers. Even at its most busy, the tellers appear to be more interested in discussing their personal lives than providing prompt and pleasing customer service. While it may well claim to be the 'community' bank in its relentless advertising campaign, the real story is a far different one than that portrayed at a marketing level.
