Do not order a taxi in Bendigo!!! Booked a Taxi the day before for 12.00pm, and no taxi arrives. I call them and a lady said sorry there should be one there in 10 minutes. It gets close to 1pm and still no taxi so I call again and this time a man says "booking a taxi doesn't actually mean it will come when you've booked it, just when it is available in that area" and they never showed. Seriously I can not wait for Uber to take over! Do not book a taxi if you need to catch a train or get somewhere quickly. Worst experience and ruined a day that had been planned for a long time.
Pre booked a cab from Lansell Plaza this afternoon at about 4pm, asked to be picked up at 5:05 as I had a train to catch at 5:30 to Melbourne. Everything was confirmed, name, location, time, all well and good. Still standing here, no cab in sight, definitely missed my train now, and calling back the company suggests a booking was never made. Thanks guys, guess I'll give Uber a go next time I need to be somewhere by a certain time! :)

Bendigo Taxis were polite, friendly and very professional. I was in a position where I had to arrange a taxi and payment over the phone for a family member and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Very prompt, helpful and professional.
