Benny and the Pets

Moved to Ben's from another vet that we had become dissatisfied with a couple of years ago. At first they were great; nice vets and good service for routine checks, vaccinations, small procedures for our two dogs. Until something goes wrong I would say they are the model vet. One of our dogs was diagnosed with a genetic disorder and option 1 from Ben & team was to put her down. There was never really a discussion, never an effort to understand the rare disease or seek out other options. The vets we did talk to came off as unprofessional and somewhat inept, a problem we had never had with them prior. Our first instinct was to get a second opinion and thank God we did. Months later she is happy and healthier than ever. Maybe she will have problems in the future but for now she is enjoying life as a rowdy and loving teenager. We have been with Ben for twelve years, ever since our dog was a puppy. She is nearing the end of her life now, but Ben has ALWAYS been on-point, up-front and honest about the best options not just for our dog, but for us as a family. We have changed home addresses, but we never changed our vet.

I could not imagine having anybody other than Ben is our vet, not just for our current pet, but for any future pets we have. We know that with Ben, they are getting the best care possible.

After a very high quote from another vet I called Ben I was worried about my beautiful boxer who had a impacted tooth that needed to be removed, Ben told me to bring her in after looking at her he gave me a quote for half yes half of the cost of the other vet, she was operated on that day, and when I went to collect her she was happy and feeling much better,
Thanks to Ben and his staff, I now have a new vet I trust to look after my 3 dogs, and know he does not over charge

I arrived home yesterday to a beautiful box of flowers from Ben after the passing of my beautiful little dog Sophie. I have now picked up Sophies ashes from Ben and have some comfort in having her home again. Ben also takes in homeless cats and kittens and helps to put them into either foster care or a safe place until they find a home in the past other vets didnt even want to talk to me about these poor animals he goes over and above the expected. He is not all about money like just about every other vet and truly deserves all the credit he receives. Thank you Ben for your compassion understanding and ongoing care.

Ben is the best vet ever as well as being a really nice person my little dog Sophie passed away this morning from cancer I would recommend him he is amazing
