Beno's Cafe Restaurant Lava Lounge

First time eating here and it was terrible. At first the staff member told us to take a seat outside and after waiting for twenty minutes for a menu, we were asked to leave because we were not ordering. Finally after placing our order, the soft drink we received was flat and we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to receive our food despite the restaurant being quiet that day. The staff was incredibly rude and slow. Would not recommend to my friends and I will be going back to the other restaurant in the future.

went here for dinner earlier in the week after hearing from friends that they had a new chef and menu. i am definitely going back the food was fantastic and the rib eye was cooked to perfection. service was a little bit slow but well worth it for the food. i will see you again soon!

wow we had the best pancakes for breakfast this morning, so big could even finish, definitely going back, maybe even tomorrow :)

As a local I visit most restaurants in berwick on a regular basis and find benos to be the best value for money they have a massive menue and there is always great meals to choose from.There service is always friendly even when it's really busy so thats always a plus and they always make my family feel welcome even with 2 screaming kids. Over all benos is a nice restaurant with great hardy food. Keep up the great work guys

1st time there and a very disappointing experience. First of all the service was horrible and took a long time. i then Ordered the Chicken crepes without mushrooms and was told that the whole meal was mushroom based (didnt say it on the menu). I then went to order the Thai beef salad and was told that the it was pre made and that the beef was rare. So ended having a big breakfast meal (which was the only that appealed to me afte r that) at 2pm... will not be going back and will not be recommending to others either. Very disappointed.
