We have known Ben since 2008 when we renovated our previous home in Chapel Hill, adding split system air conditioners as part of our reno. We contacted Ben again in 2011 after moving to our current home in Bardon to add a split system unit as part of further renovation work. Most recently I contacted Ben when our (pre existing) ducted system unit showed an error message requiring service. He had the problem sorted and solved quickly, efficiently and economically and even checked/cleaned our other units at the same time which I greatly appreciated. Ben has always provided outstanding customer service, excellent product knowledge and advice in addition to competitive pricing. He has always been prompt, friendly, reliable and tidy. If you want quality and honesty from a tradie then look no further then Ben. We have used Ben regularly for the last five years both at home and at our business and have always found him to be professional, fairly priced and great at communicating about the work he is doing, so we know step-by-step what is going on, plus he is always careful around the home and clears up after his work.

Ben has undertaken both new air con installations and general electrical work around our home and we have no complaints at all about the equipment he recommended, the solutions he has come up with or the installations.

It is no surprise to us that Ben has a very successful business based on word of mouth recommendations and so it can sometimes be hard to get a diary date with him but it is always worth the wait, knowing things will get done properly.

Do not recommend. I engaged the services of Ben's Air Conditioning and spent $20,000 with them completely rewiring my apartment and installing a ducted air-conditioning unit in my home. I have since had issues with vibrations felt within my own apartment along with the apartments of my neighbours, despite numerous attempts to contact Ben to address these issues they had not returned any of my calls. I am now in the process of taking them to the Office of Fair Trading. I have since had an inspection done on the installation and have been quoted in excess of $5000 to rectify these issues. They also failed to install heat cans around some down lights that they installed and was served a notice by the Queensland Electricity Board which compelled them by law to fix. Booked a service. Still didn't return a call in a week.

Ben recently installed two Air Conditioners in our home. We found that he provided honest, upfront and sound advice. The installation itself was excellent, as he ensured that it had minimal aesthetic impact on the property. I would recommend Ben to my friends and family.
