Benson Radiology Modbury Triangle

The whole was disappointing. I stood in line I was the only one there in line a couple of the staff looked up and nothing then a person came out from a room and had finished the girl called her over even though I had been waiting for about five minutes. Got to counter no hello how are just asked for paperwork and told to have a seat. A waited only for a short time and a girl called out my name she didn't introduce herself and looked at me as if I was talking her time up. When finished stood in line again only one there again didn't seem to matter I may as well have been invisible I felt like I was not treated like a person. Will never go back there again

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE FROM GO TO WHOA
I arrived early because I like to be prompt. I wait in the appointed area to be called upon by one of the two receptionists. No. 1 is on the phone & no.2 is typing on her computer. I am watching the telly from where I stand & I hear a quiet, “Next please.” I look at both women & neither is looking back. No.1 is still on the phone so I approach no.2 who is still looking at her screen. I proffer the paperwork & she is still staring at her screen, ignoring me. I wonder if I misheard so I say, “Did you call me?” “Yes.” At last I get some eye contact. I’m not invisible after all. We go through the formalities & I go to the waiting area to watch tv.
