I booked my appointment they called me to say was not the right day and change it. The lady on the phone was rude i had the feeling had to change place. I did not. Went there today my appointment was booked at 9:15 they asked me to be there at 9 i did. I had to wait 1 hour for nothing they send me again to MRI waited another 15 minutes not update left abandoned in the waiting room not support not not customer service othe rpatient were complaint with me as well.
I got in MRI they did not wxolain to me was a closed one long tube is called closed when i booked they said was open no tsupport the radiolohgist just said next time ask to the specialist to take some valium??? i said no thanks the girl there looked annoyed.
