Any business that will happily bulk bill an MRI that they could have literally charged hundreds of dollars for is worthy of a 5 star review based on that alone.
Add that to the fact that they rang me (twice!) to offer me earlier appointments when they had cancellations, that they were so quick that I literally hadn't filled in the paperwork before they called me in, and that they were really friendly and efficient and helpful. Really I have nothing to complain about - and that makes a 5 star experience.
