Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, one chap in particular’s tone of voice and attitude towards me was especially rude, patronising and condescending, and yet I was in the wrong for getting mad?! They’ll charge you relatively fairly, but don’t try telling them that your car is overheating slightly more than what it was before you brought it to them, one of them, the one I was previously referring to, will talk down to you, reduce you to swearing, and then hang up on you when you do.. The owner of the place is ok, though he backed up his crummy staff member’s attitude and then said they’d still expect $120 an hour just to check the car that wasn’t getting as hot before you brought ut to them. I will never bring my car to them EVER again!!
it* & I was told the nicer chap with the beard and the long hair was the owner, whether I was right or not was no excuse for the older taller guy’s attitude or tone of voice, and $120 just to check the car again..come on?!
This is NOT a fake review, don’t be silly!! I have the paper work from when you worked on my car, all that dishonest comment of yours proves is that people shouldn’t trust you!?!!
I have been going to this mechanic since i was 18 which is now been 8 years. These mechanics are some of the most knowledgable, trusted, honest, and down to earth individuals you will meet. Very respectful and really know what they are talking about. Nick, Jim and Marvin are guns!

Went in to get my car rewired and the cluster fixed. came back all done. they even dropped off the car. They were very friendly. I even got them to put in a car stereo. total cost was 4k. when dropping it of they said you have nothing to worry about as it all covered by warranty. a day or two later the speedo started playing up. then I died. so I took it back. They then had the car for a few weeks and told me they had to send it away to get someone else to look at. when they were done they told me to pick it up from them as they were to busy. so I thought why not I just want my car back. when I get to the other place they tell me there is a bill of $550 for the speedo tacho and temp gauge.
