Bentleigh Medical Centre

Absolutely horrendous service in regards to forms that need to be filled out by my doctor. I have been told that I need to make an appointment with my GP in order for these forms to be filled out. My other GP that I decided to see after I was at Bentleigh Medical Centre filled out the forms with no problem and sent it in to my health insurance company right away. I'm only waiting on my GP at this clinic to fill out these forms, and because she still hasn't, my surgery cannot go through yet and I find that highly unprofessional. According to the rude receptionist, my GP will only fill out the forms if I make an appointment because she needs to be PAID to do so. Because if I don't make an appointment she needs to fill out these forms in her own time and won't be paid for it. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS to me.
