We dropped our puppy off at 130 and upon arrival the front desk staff expressed disgust at how 'matted and smelly' he was. He is in fact a gorgeous and playful 6 month old puppy and this was his first haircut. We were told it would cost extra because he had knots (surely that is common with dogs) and were told to pick him up at 4. Arriving at 4 they still had not even started grooming himAnd were told to come back at 5. He was not done until 615 and we were told it was difficult because he was 'hyper'. We were also criticised for not brushing him enough times per day....
Surely they should be used to young dogs having energy... it is not great customer service to make the client and their gorgeous puppy feel insecure, and make them wait 2 and a half hours longer than planned, to the point where we had to cancel our dinner plans. ...read more
The service was not good, the staff who took my booking and served me was not at all friendly or helpful. They lost my dogs collar while she was there and then tried to tell me that maybe i didn't being her in with a collar....
My dog gets very scared going to the groomer and the staff that worked there didn't do anything to try to calm her when i gave her to them, they walked her out the back and pushed her into the room with the other dogs. Very unimpressed with the service and the treatment of my dog.
The trim itself was fine, and my dog was clean and smelt nice but i definitely would not go back.
