Berkelouw Cafe

love this place- great alfresco dining and right in the hub of norton street. Food is a little pricey but hasnt dissapointed so far!

Lots of outdoor seating which is nice in summer. Food is average, lots of stuff is already prepared in the window. Good location

There is almost nothing better than a good book and a good brew... and the Berkelouw Cafe let's you have that.

The cafe is under cover but outdoors so you have this pretty little environment to enjoy a good meal and your mocha locha soy caramel double shot wheat grass iced latte you were introduced to the last time you visited San Francisco on a soul searching journey, hipster.

In the last year or two I've tried Campos coffee. Great stuff. Berkelouw Cafe in Leichhardt is one more place to get my fix of one the better coffee grinds on the market. Have not tried the food here so i would of given this Berkelouw Cafe more stars.

Coffee is always amazing- Campos beans!
Gets very busy on weekend mornings.
Would love to see the menu changed- been the same for around 2 years.
Food service is quick about 5-10 mins for the food to arrive
Definitely try the upstairs bit- a more relax atmosphere, and take advantage of the book store.
