I never leave reviews, EVER, but my experience with the mechanics at Frank G Berriman was incredible. I needed urgent help and Paul and his team did everything possible to assist. It was raining, I had kids to collect and I was in a panic. These guys treated me with incredible kindness, quickly helping me and charging a very reasonable rate (I tried to offer more but Paul refused it). As a woman that knows NOTHING about cars, I felt completely comfortable and looked after by these guys. Thank you Paul, I now have a regular mechanic that I can trust!!!
Gave me a quote on car, then called me saying they had done 700 dollars more work on the car than first quoted without my permission and just expected me to come up with the extra cash that day. He then told me to bring my car back for rego in a month and he would do it no worries. I take it to get rego and he calls to say i need new tires... said no thanks , i took it elsewhere and got rego fine... Never going back.
